Liverpool £20m Signing Linked With Summer Move to Euro Giants

Liverpool attacker Lazar Markovic has been offered to Turkish club Trabzonspor.

Brendan Rodgers signed the 23-year-old winger in a deal believed to worth £20million back in 2014. However, he has failed to settle at Anfield and being sent on loan by both Liverpool managers Rodgers and Jurgen Klopp.
Markovic spent a spell on loan with Hull last season, and after the arrival of Mohamed Salah at Anfield, it’s unlikely that Serbian winger will secure a place in Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
Fotospor says representative, Mirsad Turkcan, offered the 23-year-old attacker to Trabzonspor president Muharrem Usta during their meeting last week.
Meanwhile, Liverpool veteran midfielder Lucas Leiva has also being linked with a switch to Brazilian club Gremio.
Brazilian club Gremio president Odorico Roman told Zero Hora that they are desperate to re-sign Lucas Leiva.
The 30-year-old Liverpool’s midfielder is currently the longest-serving player at the club as he has joined the Merseyside Reds back in 2007 from Gremio and now his former team wants to lure him away from Anfield.
The Brazilian midfielder has one year remaining on his contract with the Reds and his future remain up in the air due to a high competition in Liverpool’s midfield area.
