Chelsea Handed Boost In their Chase For In-Form PL Star

West Ham United attacking midfielder Michail Antonio has offered Chelsea and Manchester United a huge boost of signing him by claiming that he has no idea whether he will remain at London stadium or leave the Hammers at the end of the current campaign.

The 26-year-old has become one of the key players for Slaven Bilic’s side since joining them from Nottingham Forest back in 2015 and due to his fine for he has been handed a first ever call up for England national team.

He’s found the net for an impressive eight times in 24 Premier League appearances this term while assisting three times to his team-mates and it’s no surprise that some of the country’s top clubs are keen on to secure his signature.

Despite big clubs tracking the 26-year-old attacker, Antonio has insisted his head has not been turned. However, he won’t be signing a new deal with the Hammers.

‘Right now, nothing is happening on the contract talks,’ he told Sky Sports.

‘We’ll just see how things go. At the moment my head is not being swayed in any way. I just want to play my football and whatever happens, happens.’

When asked explicitly whether he would sign a new contract, he replied: ‘We’ll see.’
