Antonio Conte Planning £25.7m Move For Brazilian Starlet

Chelsea have reportedly joined European heavyweights in the transfer race for Flamengo wonderkid Felipe Vizeu, according to The Sun reports.

Brazilian forward has made his debut back in 2016 at the age of 18-year-old. He has gone on to make 15 appearances for Flamengo finding the net for five times while being a regular member of Brazil’s U-20 national team.

His fine form has attracted attention from several of Europe’s biggest names. According to The Sun,

Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea, Juventus, Fiorentina and Lazio are all interested in securing the deal for Vizeu.

The same sources also reported that if any side wants to sign Vizeu, they have to meet his £25.7 million release clause, which is a hefty fee to part with for a player who only has a potential to play on the top level.

However, if the 19-year-old reaches the heights expected of him, it could well be an astute investment.

With Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte has been a huge admirer of Brazilian talent he might be ready to activate his release clause and lure player at Stamford Bridge for the next season.
