Arsenal Told To Pay €100million For International No.9

Torino striker Andrea Belotti’s agent Sergio Lancini has reportedly told Arsenal to pay (£86.5million €100m)to seal the transfer Italy international No.9.

Arsene Wenger’ side are thought to be targeting the prolific Italy international as a replacement for Olivier Giroud and ready to break  the bank for his signature, however, €100m for 21-year-old starlet seems to be an insane price and the Gunners unlikely to meet the demands of Italian club .
‘Many clubs are interested,’ Lancini told Goal. ‘€65million is not enough. His clause is €100million.

‘That’s all I can say at the moment.’

Arsenal aren’t known for paying up huge sums of money in the transfer market, but look like they could be in need of extra firepower up front as Alexis Sanchez’s future is thrown into doubt over his continued contract row.

Italy international forward has 26 goals in his last 54 games in all competitions, and Torino are determined to hold on to him unless Arsenal agrees to pay £86.5million release clause.

Although the fine form of Olivier Giroud could force Wenger to forget over signing a striker and strengthen other areas in the middle of the season.
